Have you, your family members, your friends and your colleagues been vaccinated? If not, take this opportunity to get vaccinated at your local Melbourne Chinatown area, conveniently situated right here in Chinatown.
The Chinatown Precinct Association Inc. (CPA) wishes to advise that vaccination is available at the Chemist Warehouse Paramount Centre, 108 Lt. Bourke Street, Melbourne. Once the recipient has been vaccinated and after the 15 minutes waiting period, he/she will be offered a cup of Chinese Tea and a Chinese BBQ Pork Bun or a Custard Bun, with compliments from Chinatown Precinct Association Inc. (CPA). Please claim your snack/refreshment from Chine Express, at the entrance of the food court, Lt. Bourke Street entrance.
Please note that:
- vaccination and the 15 minutes waiting period will take place at the Chemist Warehouse Melbourne Paramount Centre, 108 Lt. Bourke Street, Melbourne, due to legislative requirements;
- bookings are registered online on the Chemist Warehouse vaccination website – www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/covid;
- vaccination times will initially be 1.20 p.m. to 3.00 p.m., Monday to Friday from week commencing after the Lockdown No. 6 has been lifted (hopefully, after 2/9/21). The clinic times will be extended once momentum picks up;
- One person may be vaccinated every ten minutes.
Although this letter drop is distributed to all the Staff working within the CPA’s borders, i.e., between Spring to Elizabeth Streets and Bourke to Lonsdale Streets, letter drops will also include all businesses and also residents within this border. If you have relatives, friends or acquaintances who would like to be vaccinated from this Melbourne Chinatown Vaccination Centre and receive our hospitality, please forward the information to them. We urge you to register for your vaccination – not only are we taking care of ourselves and keeping ourselves well, let us make it a safe precinct too.
Help make Melbourne and Chinatown a safe and enjoyable place to visit, shop and dine.
